**Letter on behalf of the EUROPE II Regional Representatives**
Dear Members of the EUROPE II Regional Group,
We trust you are well!
As you are aware, just before the HoFIU discussion and decision-making process regarding the EG IT review that will take place on July 6th, the Regional Groups were asked to provide their feedback on the respective MEMO and supporting documents. Following the deadline for submitting this feedback, we were informed that the EC Steering Group conducted a horizontal study of all replies received. This study is showing that several FIUs ask similar questions.
Therefore, a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document was drafted (see attached). This paper aims to provide the HoFIU with valuable insights about relevant technical, governance and financial aspects of the decision they will be asked to make based on the analysis provided by the consultant.
We hope this document will be helpful in the HoFIU decision-making process.
