**Letter to all IEWG members on behalf of the IEWG Chair - Mr. Marko Stolle**
Dear IEWG members,
I hope this email finds you well!
With the current email I would like to summarize the consensus of the IEWG to approve the joint FATF/Egmont public list of TBML risk indicators.
As you may recall, these indicators were sent to you on December 23rd, 2020, with a deadline for comments – January 14th, 2021. Within the deadline we received some editorial suggestions and minor comments. On the other hand, several FATF delegations have also suggested editorial changes.
All comments provided by the FATF delegations and the Egmont Group FIUs were considered by the project group and reflected in some non-substantial amendments to the list. The project group also evaluated if some specific additions on indicators should be included, but concluded that the more general indicators are covering the proposals. For your information, please see attached the latest version of the list together with the version with track-changes.
Bearing this in mind, and also the fact that we received your full support, I can conclude that the IEWG is ready to send the list to the HoFIU for their final out-of-session endorsement. We will ask the HoFIU to provide their approval within a period of two weeks, following the same arguments that were previously explained for the endorsement of the TBML report.
The FATF is also moving forward with the approval process and the document was sent to their delegations for written approval.

Following the decisions taken by the HoFIU with regard to the joint FATF/Egmont TBML report, one of which being to continue working jointly with the FATF in order to develop a public list of TBML risk indicators, I would like to inform you about the successful completion of this draft work. Hence, I would like to present to your attention these public risk indicators (please see attached).
The IEWG members are invited to provide their comments and approval by replying to the Secretariat (to nedko.krumov@egmont.org and andrey.frolov@egmont.org) until COB Thursday, 14 January 2021.
Subsequently, the final list of risk indicators will be subject to out-of-session approval by the HoFIU and in parallel by the FATF delegations. Once approved, the list will be made available through the public websites of the Egmont Group and the FATF.
