Dear HoFIU,
I hope this email finds you sound and healthy.
I want to inform you that March 10th was the final deadline for collecting your comments and endorsement of the eCatalogue on Asset Recovery, developed within the IEWG Asset Recovery – the Role of FIUs project.
Within the deadline provided no opposition was expressed to the endorsement of the eCatalogue. We received several suggestions for minor amendments or additions to the document, which were addressed jointly with the suggesting FIUs. Therefore, within the authority granted to me by the EG Charter, I would like to conclude the consensus within the Egmont Group to endorse the above-mentioned eCatalogue, its dissemination, and update strategies. It will be soon uploaded to ESW.
I want to take this opportunity and thank the parties involved in this project for their hard work.

We hope you are well and healthy!
Following the IEWG virtual meetings last week, when the working group discussed and approved an eCatalogue produced within the ongoing Asset Recovery - the Role of FIUs project, I would like to present to your attention this eCatalogue for an out-of-session approval.
The eCatalogue is compiled from EBC data regarding relevant FIU powers, including to suspend financial transactions upon request of foreign FIUs. More information about the purpose of this eCatalogue, its dissemination and updating strategies, are provided in the attached Memorandum.
You are kindly asked to endorse this product out-of-session by March 10th, 2021. As usual, a non-response will be considered as a tacit approval of the attached eCatalogue.
