Letter on behalf of the Regional Representatives - Mrs. Lindsey Bermingham and Mr. Daniel Thelesklaf
Dear EUROPE II members,
We would like to thank you very much for your active participation during the Regional meeting on December 5th in Strasbourg.
As agreed during the meeting in Strasbourg, we approved in principle the structure and general content of the EUROPE II Regional Plan (2018-2021) - please see the document attached to this letter. It was also decided that you will be given with another week in order to provide with your comments in substance, which however should not change the main structure and content of the report. After receiving and addressing your comments we will circulate the EUROPE II Regional Plan (2018-2021) for its out-of-session approval by the Regional Group. Subsequently, the document will be presented to the Egmont Committee for final endorsement during the meeting in Jakarta (January 2019).
Following this sequence, please provide your comments in substance by replying to this letter no later than December 14th (Friday).
