Dear EUROPE II members,
I hope this letter finds you well.
Please be informed that as of July 31st the Egmont Group Secretariat will be relocating from Toronto to Ottawa, based on the decision taken by the HoFIU during the meeting in Buenos Aires (March 2018).
Aside from the ESW mailboxes that should not be impacted by the relocation, the move from Toronto to Ottawa will require disconnection & re-connection of the EGS servers. This will cause temporary interruption in our IT services, including our ability to open and reply to EGS open emails that have been sent to us. We foresee IT interruption during the physical relocation from Wednesday July 31st to Friday August 2nd.
In Case we encounter problem with the re-connection of the servers on Friday July 2nd, we will work over the WE and on Monday August 5th (Statutory holiday in Canada) and do our best efforts to be fully operational and resume our normal activities on August 6th (Tuesday).
During the physical move from Toronto to Ottawa, in order to continue operating and support your most urgent needs, we have alternative emails addresses in the Proton mailbox. These emails are secured and encrypted. For any EUROPE
