We are pleased for the agreement reached between our Units to enhance cooperation. In our case, we need an original copy of the signed MOU, if it is good for you, we can arrange to have the final version signed by both parties via courier and each party can put the signature date.

We are very glad to hear the draft is approved by you, and that we have agreed upon the final text.

In that case we will be very pleased to coordinate the signing of the MOU.

In light of the pandemic and travel restrictions, we suggest sharing signed copies of the MOU through the ESW, which in our experience has proven to be successful.
Thus, we will send you a copy of the MOU with Dr. Wagman's signature, and will be happy if you could print it out and then add the signature of Mr. Saulo De Leon Duran, and send us back a copy with both signatures.

If in addition you require an original copy of the signed MOU we can arrange to send it to you through the diplomatic channel.

If this is acceptable to you we will be happy to finalize the particular date for the signature. We would like to suggest Thursday, May 13,2021 so long as this is a possibility for you. We have attached the edited draft accordingly.
