Dear EUROPE II members,


Once again, thank you very much for your valuable input and participation during the Regional Meeting which took place in the period 25-26 September 2018, in Sydney, Australia.

Please find attached a draft Summary Document from the last Regional Meeting. Please review the document and provide your comments in track changes by November 16, 2018 to the following email address: nedko.krumov@egmont.org.

If you do not provide us with any comments within the deadline, we will consider your tacit approval of the document. Once we collect all comments and proposed amendments, we will address them and will make the Summary Document available for approval during the next Regional Meeting in Strasbourg, December 5th, 2018.

Please bear in mind that this document together with meeting agenda for the upcoming meeting are also uploaded to ESW - EUROPE II Regional Community Page. Other relevant documents will be also uploaded there before the meeting. Hence, we strongly encourage you to subscribe yourself to the "document library" of the Regional Community Page so you can receive notifications once documents are uploaded there.
