I trust you are well.

It is with great pleasure that I hereby share with you the 2018-2021 Egmont Group Strategic Plan that has been recently adopted by the HoFIU during the 25th Egmont Group Plenary in Sydney, Australia (26 September 2018). This document enunciates clearly a vision for the future of the Egmont Group, and the conditions necessary to succeed. It reflects the consensus that came out of lengthy discussions that took place throughout the different parts of our organization over the past twelve months and I would like to express my appreciation for your readiness to work towards consensus on this important work.

You may also find attached a one-pager with highlights from the Strategic Plan, which you may use to disseminate internally and with your domestic partners to increase their awareness of the Egmont Group vision and strategic objectives for the coming interval.

Aligned with the framework provided by the Plan, I invite you to contribute through the Egmont Working and Regional Groups to developing bold and ambitious initiatives that would help our organization achieve the four strategic objectives.
