** Letter to all IEWG members**
Dear IEWG members,
Happy New 2019 to you and your Families! We hope this letter finds you well!
We would like to present to your attention the draft Agenda for the upcoming IEWG meeting in Jakarta, January 2019 (attached). The agenda will be also uploaded to ESW - IEWG Community Page.
As you may see from the Agenda, the meeting will officially start on Tuesday, January 29 (Day 1), and will finish on Wednesday, January 30 (Day 2). Nevertheless, as usual on Monday, January 28, there will be an IEWG IT professionals meeting (in the afternoon), and IEWG projects sidebar meetings (in the morning). The IEWG IT professionals meeting agenda will be distributed separately. These two meetings Monday will be open for all interested IEWG members. The meeting rooms for the sidebar meetings will be additionally announced.
As you may see from the draft Agenda, the IEWG meeting will be divided into two types of sessions. The first type will be a General Session, which as usual will include all IEWG members. The second type will be Breakout Sessions, where the IEWG will be divided into 6 groups (following the current IEWG streams), namely:
* Group 1 for Stream 1;
* Group 2 for Stream 2;
* Group 3 for Stream 3;
* Group 4 for Stream 4;
* Group 5 for Stream 5; and
* Group 6 for Stream 6.
The main idea of dividing the group into breakout sessions is on one hand to give the opportunity to more members to express their opinion, but on the other hand, to put to each group topics relevant only for the respective stream. Therefore, we would like to kindly invite you to provide us with information about which exact group would you like to attend. Please do that by sending an email to nedko.krumov@egmont.org, with a copy to sergey.sarakvashin@egmont.org, where you should indicate your names and the group number in which you would like to be included. The deadline for sending this information is no later than January 16, 2019.
Please be informed that if you do not indicated your preferences, you will be included in one of the group following an alphabetic order.
