**Letter on behalf of the IEWG Chair**
Dear Heads of FIU
We hope you are well and healthy.
We are happy to share with you the final report of the Egmont Group White Paper on Human Trafficking undertaken by the IEWG as part of the work within Stream 2 (Increasing the level of knowledge and understanding of the key ML/TF threats and national security risks).

More information on the objectives and the background of this project is provided in the attached Memo.
Further to the IEWG’s endorsement and the project team’s presentation at the July 2020 IEWG virtual meeting, this White Paper is being circulated for your out-of-session approval. You are therefore invited to provide your endorsement and/or comments by Wednesday 7th October, 2020. As usual, a non-response will be considered as a tacit approval of the attached report together with its dissemination strategy.
Thank you very much for your consideration and cooperation.
Kind regards,
Egmont Group Secretariat
