Dear colleagues,
Please find below a message regarding the situation with COVID-19, on behalf of the FIU of South Africa who experiences difficulties with circulating messages to all members at the same time.
Dear Colleagues
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic the Government of South Africa has declared a 21-day national shutdown from 27 March to 17 April 2020. As a result the staff of the FIC South Africa will be working from home during this period. Although every effort
is being made to ensure the minimum disruption to operations, the possibility of delays in providing responses to requests for information from our international counterparts cannot be excluded.
We will try to respond to urgent requests for information as soon as possible but would appreciate your understanding in these difficult circumstances.
