**Letter to all IEWG members**
Dear IEWG members,
We trust you are well!
As you are aware, during the next working group meeting in July 2021, the IEWG will have to discuss and approve its new Business Plan 2021-2022. The annual Business Plan outlines the projects and activities of the IEWG for the period July 2021 - June 2022, ensuring consistency with the objectives detailed in the Egmont Group of Financial Intelligence Units Charter and the current Egmont Group Strategic Plan (2018-2022).
It also fulfills the main expectations and needs regarding the IEWG work as expressed by its membership during the past working year and ensures that the work of the IEWG remains relevant
and up-to-date.
The discussions around the preparation of the new IEWG Business Plan were launched during the February 2021 virtual meetings, when the group was able to identify some potential areas of interest. Please see enclosed a questionnaire aiming to narrow down the scope of work and identify the available resources for potential new projects. The questionnaire seeks to identify your general interest regarding the different topics included there and your availability to co-lead, join one of the project teams, dedicate a resource person, provide information, or support in any other way the new projects. The last question is open, where your FIU can suggest any different topic of interest.
You are kindly asked to complete and return the completed questionnaire no later than Monday, May 3rd, 2021, to nedko.krumov@egmont.org and andrey.frolov@egmont.org.
