Dear Colleagues,
I trust this email finds you well.
In preparation for the IEWG meeting in Jakarta, I would like to share with you a group assignment list for the break-out sessions (please see attached). You may also find this list posted in the spotlight section of the IEWG Community page on ESW.
Please kindly note that those participants who have indicated their preferences in attending one or another break-out group in the survey were assigned to the respective group while others were divided in alphabetic order.
I would also like to stress that due to the tight agenda for the meeting, you are kindly requested to be in the meeting room 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the meeting, which will start at 9 am sharp.
