Dear Heads of FIUs, Dear Colleagues:

On behalf of Director Kenneth A. Blanco, FinCEN-USA, I would like to invite you to the next Heads of FIUs Symposium.  As we agreed in October at the last Heads of FIUs Symposium in Paris, we would meet on Sunday, February 16, on the margins of the next FATF to discuss issues of interest to FIUs.  Attached please find the agenda for our next meeting, which will focus, as promised, on virtual assets from FIUs' perspective and this group's potential engagement with FATF.  Also attached are the highlights of our meeting in October.  FinCEN-USA, Tracfin-France and IMPA- Israel will have experts to lead the session.  Tracfin-France has graciously arranged for us to meet at the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance from 14:00 - 19:00 on February 16. 

We hope that you will be able to join us for what we expect will be a lively discussion.
