Dear Heads of FIU,

We hope you are well and healthy!

Please find attached the amended text of the MoU between DfID UK and the Egmont Group for the contribution for ECOFEL that covers the period of 2018 – 2021 and accompanying MEMO.

The purpose of the Memo and this communication is to seek your out-of-session endorsement of the amendments to the DFID MoU for 2018-2021.  The Memo provides detailed explanation regarding all the amendments to the text of the MoU.

You are therefore invited to provide your endorsement and/or comments by Friday, August 21st, 2020 (COB, Ottawa, Canada). As usual, a non-response will be considered as tacit approval.
