I hope you are well.  Below is a message from the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network: 

Mr. Himamauli "Him" Das begins serving as the Acting Director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) today.  Mr. Das is a national security expert with experience at the White House in the National Security Council and National Economic Council, and at the Departments of State and the Treasury.  Mr. Das will serve in this role until Treasury appoints a permanent FinCEN Director.  Ms. AnnaLou Tirol will continue to serve as Deputy Director of FinCEN.

Mr. Michael Mosier, former Acting Director, recently departed FinCEN for a new opportunity.
