Dear colleagues,
According to the statement issued by the World Health Organization reporting that the COVID-19 disease has been confirmed as a pandemic, the Argentine Republic has declared a "state of national emergency" and has decided to implement especial measures to protect, in particular, the psychophysical health of its nationals, as of March 12 and, in principle, until April 13, 2020.
Within this framework, UIF-Argentina has activated a contingency plan aimed at preserving the health of FIU agents (with a reduction in working hours, rotating shifts, an emergency service, online administrative work, and an online training plan). This way of operating could generate delays in the response to the requests received, therefore we ask our counterparts to inform us if their requests are urgent, so that they can be addressed as a priority.
