Letter on behalf of the Regional Reps - Mrs. Lindsey Bermingham and Mr. Daniel Thelesklaf

Dear EUROPE II members,

With this letter we would like to kindly ask you to support the efforts of one of our members - FIU Holy See (Vatican City State) as they are currently reviewing their internal operational manuals and protocols with the following main maters:

• Organization and workflows, including operational and strategic analysis
• IT structures and databases, including management (levels of access etc.), security and cybersecurity
• Division of responsibilities between supervision (AML/CFT and prudential) and FIU core mandate: segregation ("Chinese walls" etc.) among the supervisory and financial intelligence functions.

You are requested to provide/share some documents (best in English, Italian or French) and good practices FIU Holy See can take into consideration in their review (on the three points mentioned above).

We will be very thankful if you can reply to this email by April 18 (Thursday).
