Dear colleague,
Our colleagues at USA.FinCEN.Requests account cannot read your email due to a certificate conflict. If you have imported your old certificate, you must remove it from this new system as it should not crossover to the new system. We are using a new certificate
authority, please remove any certificates from the previous system, including the Server Authority if you imported that as well.
Please resend the email to USA.FinCEN.Requests once you have removed the old certificate. You will still need the old certificate for the legacy system to read old emails. However, it should not cross over to the new system.
