Dear IEWG members,
Thank you very much for expressing your interest and registering for the upcoming IEWG virtual meeting that will take place on Monday, July 6th.
Those of you who registered were already provided with the necessary details how to join the IEWG virtual meeting. The instructions were sent in a separate email, individually to each registrant.
We are kindly asking all registrants to join the meeting 30 min before the starting hour (indicated in the attached agenda). This is due to the fact that there will be a vetting process for the registrants, which may require some time for completion.
We are strongly recommending all participants to use headsets as this will improve the quality of the sound. They will be requested to keep your microphone muted during the entire meeting. If a participant requests the floor and once it is given to them
by the IEWG Chair, they will be able to unmute their microphone and speak. All other technical details, including a detailed explanation of the relevant functionalities of Microsoft Teams, will be provided at the beginning of the meeting.

Please be aware that all meeting documents are now available on ESW (the IEWG Community page). For your convenience they are also attached to the current letter.
