This is a follow-up to FinCEN Disclosure for the benefit of the BEC Phase II project that was sent on June 18 2018. Please be advised that the dissemination authority language was omitted from the original document. FinCEN is resending the spontaneous disclosures for the BEC Phase II project with the proper dissemination authority boilerplate. Please delete all original documents.
