שלום רב,

יחידתנו, הרשות למשפט טכנולוגיה ומידע, נמצאת במהלך שנת חניכה עם רשות הגנת המידע הספרדית.

במסגרת זו נערכות פעילויות שונות שמטרתן שיתוף ידע, בעיקר מאירופה לישראל, בתחום הממשק בין דיני הגנת הפרטיות במאגרי מידע, לבין פעילויות שונות, וכן חיתוכי עומק בנושאים הקשורים במאגרי מידע.

במסגרת זו, ובמסגרת פעילותנו הכללית, הפעילות הראשונה המתוכננת עוסקת בממשק בין דיני הפרטיות במאגרי מידע לבין עולם העבודה.

במסגרת הפעילות אנו מבקשים לקיים מושב סגור למוזמנים, בתוכן המפורט מטה, שמטרתו דיון בסוגיות אלה.

אנו מבקשים להתמקד בשלב זה בעולם הארגוני הרגיל, ובמחזור החיים של יחסי עובד מעביד, מבלי הסדרה מפורטת של הסוגיות הנזילות בשלב זה של מעקב בעבודה [פרשיות איסקוב – אף שהיינו מעורבים בגיבוש עמדת היועץ].
