This is in regard to the draft of the Treaty on Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters between Republic of Moldova and the State of Israel. By way of introduction my name is Veronica Bradautanu, Advisor to the Minister of Justice of Moldova, and I will be taking over for a while the responsibilities on this matter of Iulian Rusu, the former State Secretary. 

As previously agreed, please find attached the draft language of the treaty in translation to English from Romanian. We are open to discussion and negotiations. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or suggestions.
