Dear GPEN Member,

The GPEN Committee has launched the GPEN Member Survey 2015 and we would like you to participate! This is a just a quick reminder that the deadline to respond is 31 July, but why not participate today?  It takes just 15 minutes to complete and it does make a difference – the GPEN committee will use the results from your survey to decide on next year’s GPEN activities.

As an existing GPEN Member, you have a dedicated response URL hyperlink to enter and complete the survey.

PLEASE remember that you will not be able to amend your answers once you have started the survey.  If you would like to look at the questions before answering, please download a PDF copy of the questionnaire at the start of the survey however, only surveys completed through the web link will be counted. 

The survey will be anonymous unless you actively choose to share your responses with the GPEN Committee.
